Who pays for shipping?
Delivery is a flat fee, and it's on your quote, so you see the full delivered cost before you order.
What do I need on site for delivery?
Your building arrives on a large truck. Plan for a firm, clear path to the drop spot and a way to unload it. We'll go over the delivery details with your quote.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the continental U.S. Contractors ordering roofing and siding steel: ask about delivery to your area when you request a quote.
Do I need to weld anything?
No. The cold-formed steel is pre-drilled and bolts or screws together.
Will it pass my local building permit?
Every building comes with blueprints and calculations stamped by our structural engineers, including the foundation slab and pier specs, for getting any needed permit or ordinance approval. Your local building department makes the final call, so check its requirements early.
Can I put it up myself?
Yes. Our buildings are designed for do-it-yourself homeowners as well as contractors. You get detailed assembly manuals.
Do you install buildings?
We supply the building. You or your contractor put it up.
Can I choose colors and styles?
Yes. Pick your colors and your roof and siding styles, and we'll design around your doors, windows and size.
